About the Board
The Valley ROP Governing Board is the legal governing entity for the program. As a JPA ROP, Valley ROP functions as a
separate school district with Board Bylaws, Board Policies and Administrative Regulations specific to Valley ROP governance.
The Valley ROP Governing Board approves all personnel, curriculum, financial transactions, sets policies and acts as the link
between Valley ROP and member districts.
